About Us

    Combining elements of HIIT, Mobility and Functional Fitness, Valkyrie Bootcamp provides an unrivaled group fitness experience. Members will move through 45 minutes of a full body workout using all elements found in the gym, with the exception of a barbell. You can expect activities such as running, jumping rope, pushups, situps, planks, light kettlebell movements, and stretching. No experience necessary! Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, our boot camp classes will be challenging, safe, and rewarding. Each class runs 45 minutes long and includes an active warm-up, stretching and mobility period, and workout of the day. Classes are capped at 15 people so that each athlete can receive personal attention from our coaching staff and all movements are executed safely.
